Awesome Dentist

Dr. Michael Smith and his staff have been my dentist for several years. When I got married my husband began receiving treatment from Dr. Smith. He and his staff are all highly qualified and extremely friendly. I have always received excellent treatment and always been given honest advice about what treatment I should be receiving. My husband has had several issues with his teeth and Dr. Smith was able to squeeze him into his busy schedule and work on him for hours on end. The office is well kept and extremely organized. The statement "gentle family dentistry that you can trust" couldn't be more true. Dr. Michael Smith and the staff at Reynoldsburg Family Dental receive 5 stars and my highest referral to anyone who is looking for a dentist that is enjoyable to go to.

The Doc every consumer wants

When I look for a Doc, I want somebody I can trust, somebody who can shoot me straight, and somebody I feel 100% comfortable with talking about any issues or pieces of work that must be done. Using Dr Smith has been pretty much like having your best friend growing up or trusted family member be your dentist. I know he's going to tell me to have done only what I need done. My appointments are always quick. And if I ever need anything on any level -- I feel comfortable bringing it to him. He'd get the highest recommendation possible from me...

I have had quite a bit of dental work done over the years. I can truly say that Dr. Smith and his staff are the very best I have ever had contact with. They are friendly and genuinely concerned about their patients. I have never experienced any pain with his treatments, and he has recommended only the treatments that I needed. The treatments have been long lasting and effective. If you are looking for a competent professional who cares for his patients, then this is the place for you.

The staff at Reynoldsburg Family Practice may appear to be friendly and professional until you actually become a patient. I recently had to go to another Dentist and pay over hundreds of dollars to repair work that Dr. Smith had once perfomed. My last visit was one of the most discouraging. The staff was overheard speaking very loud about their "husands affairs" and criticizing other staff members as well as Dr. Smith behind their backs. Dr. Smith may indeed be accredited by the American Dental Association and of course is acknowleged by the Ohio Dental Association on "paper and certificates" but he is definitely not professional and by no means concerned for his patients. Going to the dentist is not a good feeling for most people.The lack of professionalism and offensiveness displayed at this practice is only a few reasons why one should never recommend this practice to anyone, especially someone they care about.

We at Reynoldsburg Family Dental have always had an open door policy when patient's have any concerns. Since there are two Dr. Smiths in Reynoldsburg, there could be some confusion here. However, we welcome any feedback, because our goal is to perform high level dentistry and excellent customer service. My staff and I have monthly meetings in which customer service is stressed. We know that we will never please every patient we see, but we stand behind our dentistry and service. It is why we continue to be in business and retain an excellent reputation in our city.
